Payment security
Last updated October 14, 2026
Payments on VideoRapid are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never reach our servers.
What we store
- Stripe transaction and customer references
- Purchase date, amount, credits and invoice number
What we never store
- Card numbers, expiry dates or CVC codes
- Bank account details
How payments are protected
- The whole site uses TLS encryption (look for the padlock in your browser).
- Stripe runs fraud checks on every payment, including card verification and 3D Secure where your bank requires it.
- Payment confirmations from Stripe are cryptographically verified before credits are added.
- Credits are added only once per payment, even if a confirmation arrives twice.
Payment methods
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and the wallets Stripe offers in your country, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
