VideoRapid is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

Credits

Credits are added to your balance as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. You receive an email receipt. If credits do not appear within an hour, write to info@videorapid.com with your invoice number.

Videos

• Production starts when your video reaches the front of the queue. Most 10 minute videos finish within 30 to 60 minutes; long music compilations can take longer.
• You can follow every step on the project page and get an email when the video is ready.
• Finished files (video, Shorts, captions, thumbnail, publishing text, license report) are downloaded from the project page as often as you like.
• Files are kept for 7 days after rendering and then deleted. Download what you need in time.

Delays and failures

If a video fails, unused credits come back automatically and you are notified by email. If something looks stuck for more than a few hours, contact support with the project link.
