1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Replicator Pro V.2.17 ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase and activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Replicator Pro V.2.17 according to the license type purchased:

• Single User License: Installation on up to 2 devices for personal use
• Team License: Installation for up to 5 users within the same organization
• Enterprise License: Unlimited installations within a single organization

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software to process copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Share your license key with unauthorized users
• Use the Software for any illegal activities

4. Payment Terms

• All purchases are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor
• Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before software activation
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Replicator Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to videos and content you process using the Software. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any content.

7. API Usage

• You must provide your own Google AI API key
• You are responsible for complying with Google's terms of service
• API usage costs are separate from the Software license fee

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Replicator Pro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
